Looking to build automated processes that adapt and scale to what the workday brings? Formstack’s Fall 2022 release brings expanded use case opportunities with the Forms for Salesforce API update as well as new dashboards for both Formstack Documents and Formstack Sign. The new dashboards aim to simplify work while the API update enables Salesforce users to build more powerful forms and accommodate more Salesforce objects like Work Order.
Let’s take a look at the new features we’ve rolled out this Fall.
Need to understand what your monthly usage status is within Formstack Sign? Well, now easily access a dashboard to view a summary of all your documents.
Over the last few months, we’ve received feedback from customers that there was a need for an in-app dashboard that allowed users to track their usage at a glance throughout the month. We took that feedback on and have added a new dashboard feature to the Formstack Documents homepage.
Now, you can quickly see how many live merges, test merges, users, and active templates are available in your account and plan your usage accordingly or take steps to update your plan.
We have improved the connection between Formstack Documents and Formstack Sign by making it easier to set Sign Reminders. Now, with the click of a button, you can set automated reminders to alert your end users that they need to sign your document.
Now, you won’t have to worry about logging into Formstack Sign to set your reminders. Simply check the “Send signature reminders” checkbox and choose to send reminders daily or weekly depending on your need.
Have you ever wanted to use Salesforce Field Service Lightning objects?
Well, now we will support those objects such as Work Order, Service Request, Service Appointment, and more. Formstack for Salesforce now allows you to solve for more business needs by giving you access to the most up-to-date Salesforce technologies. You’ll also notice improved product stability. This update allows you to safely leverage Salesforce's latest features. You’ll also see improved browser performance as well.
